From winning $1K in an Arizona competition while living in her car with her kids, Charity embarked on an extraordinary journey. She created a Aretha Franklin Tribute that was enjoyed and approved by not only Detroit but also The Franklin Family. She took her show to the Cruiselines and was the first headliner show to reopen in North America in 2021 on Celebrity Edge Cruise, a $1.2billion luxury ship covering Europe and Caribbean. Her show grew to be rated one of the best-received acts on the international waters and even named 2023 Cruise Entertainer of the Year. Worked with producers and song writers of Aretha Franklin recordings, recorded with Warner Bros on movie, tv and commercial soundtracks, throughout the years opened and performed with H.E.R, Cece Peniston, George Benson, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond (to name a few)…Performing all over the world with her show, she has sold out venues in Osaka, Kyoto, Caesars Palace, Wild Horse Pass Casino, Cleveland Playhouse, Las Vegas, Jazz Festival and Parx Casino and many more.
